Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI), a Philippines-based EMS provider, has agreed to sell its subsidiary in the Czech Republic to KEBODA Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG for a total consideration of EUR10 million (US$11.42 million), reports Bloomberg, citing a stock exchange filing.
