According to an official press release, Samsung Electronics has commenced mass production of its 1TB QLC 9th-generation V-NAND technology. This follows the successful production of the industry’s first TLC 9th-generation V-NAND in April 2024. This latest achievement further reinforces its position as a leading manufacturer of high-capacity, high-performance NAND flash memory.
