Memory makers are expected to see a deceleration in order pull-ins in the first quarter of 2023 as memory demand from first-tier cloud server clients in North America has been declining since late third-quarter 2022, while prices of server memory also hit the lowest level ever recently, according to sources from the upstream supply chain.
