ICT solution provider Sysage Technology will fully acquire BenQ Guru, a provider of HCM (human capital management), SRM (supplier relationship management) and BPM (business process management) solutions, for NT$31.0 million (US$1.04 million), according to Sysage chairman and president Michael Lee.
