As the industry leader, TSMC showcased its influence at SEMICON Taiwan, attracting rare appearances of South Korea’s memory chip giants, Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, both seeking closer collaboration with the foundry giant on their next-generation high-bandwidth memory (HBM) production.
