Taiwanese tech giants Acer and Asus, along with Chinese home appliance and display leader Hisense, won a favorable ruling from London’s High Court in their global litigation against Nokia over audiovisual streaming technology patents. The court confirmed that before finalizing patent licensing terms, the defendants are entitled to an interim license allowing continued sales of related products.
