Taiwan-based Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) is in talks about orders for power management ICs with potential customers including Qualcomm, Monolithic Power Systems and Analog Devices, which are looking to shift their orders from China-based foundries following a spate of new US export curbs, according to market sources.
