In response to the tariff policies of the Trump administration, server ODMs are actively relocating their production lines. Texas has become a common denominator, with nearly all ODMs preparing to establish factories there. Another option is to acquire AMD’s ZT Systems (ZT) production line located in New Jersey. Taiwanese companies are also reportedly participating in the bidding.
