AMD announced selected preliminary financial results for 22Q3 on October 6, showing its revenues still managed to register a 29% year-on-year growth to reach US$5.6 billion, but the growth fell short of their previous forecast, due to lower-than-expected processor shipment as a result of weakened PC market demand and inventory correction actions across PC supply chain.
