3月6日晚间,水晶光电(002273)披露公告称,公司拟以自有及自筹资金3.235亿元收购广东埃科思科技有限公司(以下简称“广东埃科思”)95.6%股权。本次交易完成后,公司将直接持有广东埃科思95.6%股权,同时通过全资子公司台州创进企业管理有限公司间接持有广东埃科思2%股权。
