12月24日晚间,天禄科技发布公告称,公司子公司安徽吉光新材料有限公司(以下简称“安徽吉光”)拟进行增资扩股,引入苏州毅鸣新材料创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“毅鸣投资”)和苏州毅司投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(以下简称“毅司投资”),毅鸣投资和毅司投资计划分别向安徽吉光投资3000万元,认购新增注册资本2617.68万元。本次增资扩股后,安徽吉光仍为公司控股子公司,将继续纳入公司合并报表范围。

Taiwan govt warns budget cuts imperil foreign tech R&D subsidies
