12月24日晚间，天禄科技发布公告称，公司子公司安徽吉光新材料有限公司（以下简称“安徽吉光”）拟进行增资扩股，引入苏州毅鸣新材料创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称“毅鸣投资”）和苏州毅司投资合伙企业（有限合伙）（以下简称“毅司投资”），毅鸣投资和毅司投资计划分别向安徽吉光投资3000万元，认购新增注册资本2617.68万元。本次增资扩股后，安徽吉光仍为公司控股子公司，将继续纳入公司合并报表范围。
