三星电子从默克购买53件美国QD专利
8月21日消息，据thelec，三星电子从默克专利（Merck Patent）购入了53项美国量子点（QD）专利。据展望，这些专利将被应用于三星电子目前正在量产的高端LCD产品 “QLED” 电视、QD-OLED电视，以及尚在开发中的自发光无机显示技术QD-电致发光（EL：Electroluminescence）等领域，同时还能对中国的QLED电视形成牵制。
