9月12日晚间,歌尔股份(002241.SZ)公告,公司及控股子公司歌尔光学科技有限公司(简称“歌尔光学”或“公司”)拟通过向交易对方增发5.3亿元注册资本的方式取得其持有的舜宇奥来微纳光学(上海)有限公司与舜宇奥来微纳光电信息技术(上海)有限公司(以下合称“上海奥来”)100%股权(以下简称“换股交易”),宁波奥来及交易对方员工持股平台(设立中)合称为“交易对方”。

TCL华星:拟投建8.6代印刷OLED产线

9月12日,TCL科技集团股份有限公司(000100.SZ)发布公告,公司、旗下子公司TCL华星与广州市人民政府、广州经济技术开发区管理委员会共同签署项目合作协议,拟共同出资于广州市建设一条月加工2290mm×2620mm玻璃基板能力约2.25万片的第8.6代印刷OLED显示面板生产线(简称“t8项目”),主要产品涵盖平板、笔记本电脑、显示器等应用领域,预计总投资额约人民币295亿元。
