总投资约50亿元！国产光刻机工厂落地浙江绍兴
近日，项目总投资约50亿元的上海图双精密装备项目落户越城，成为绍“芯”版图上的又一块新拼图。项目计划分两期实施。一期计划投资约5亿元，一期占地面积35亩，用于转移及扩大公司目前在上海的产能;二期计划投资约45亿元。两期将实现年产50-100台半导体设备的目标。项目正在建设中，预计2025年投产。
