China has largest monthly decline in IC output in October

People argue that the effects of US new export control rules may have just surfaced – China’s integrated circuits (IC) output declined by 26.7% year-on-year in October, to 22.5 billion units, the biggest monthly decline ever recorded for that item, according to the country’s National Bureau of Statistics data. China’s Jan-October IC output totaled 267.5 billion units, down 12.3% from last year. But there are much more details worthy to dig into the data.

Foxconn chairman becomes first Taiwanese entrepreneur to speak at B20 summit
