11月19日晚间,宸展光电发布公告称,2025年10月14日,公司控股股东IPC Management Limited(简称“IPC”)与公司实际控制人CHIANG MICHAEL CHAO-JUEI(江朝瑞)先生同一控制下的宝德阳科技(厦门)有限公司(简称“宝德阳科技”)签署了《股份转让协议》,IPC拟通过协议转让方式向宝德阳科技转让公司无限售条件流通股8,880,000股,占公司总股本的5.02%(简称“本次协议转让”或“本次转让”)。
