据报道，友达子公司达擎与元太)成立合资公司，共同投资新台币3.9亿元，于友达桃园龙科厂区打造大型电子纸模组生产线。友达总经理柯富仁表示，目前已进入试量产与送样阶段，未来几个月就会开始正式量产，产品聚焦在大型看板广告，瞄准零售市场与企业公共空间告示等应用，透过与元太的合作，可提供客户一站式购足的解决方案。
